Twelve declarations for builders, leaders, and institutions.

   Trust is infrastructure, not vibe. We will build it, measure it, and repair it like any other load-bearing system.

   We will name the truth in the room before it is convenient to name it.

   We will keep small promises with the seriousness of large ones, because reliability compounds in both directions.

   We will not confuse certainty with credibility, or volume with conviction.

   We will repair broken trust on the timeline of the person we broke it with, not on a timeline that protects our ego.

   We will refuse to deploy systems we cannot explain to the people they affect.

   We will reward the messenger who tells us what we do not want to hear.

   We will treat our customers' attention, data, and time as resources we are borrowing, not extracting.

   We will measure self-orientation as carefully as we measure performance.

    We will write down what we believe, sign our names to it, and let it be used against us when we drift.

    We will build cultures where the cost of dishonesty is higher than the cost of the truth.
